Interview with Bart Hufs
Whats your name, and how long have you been shooting?
My name is Denzel Graves aka Bart Hufs and I’ve been doing Photography for two years of my life. I pretty much like to capture cool shit through my lense.
What does photography mean to you?
Photography to me is an Urban art for me as a creative artist. I mean anyone can pick up a canon or nikon and say that they’re a photographer but you have to have the right eyes for the craft.
Is LA an inspiration to your work?
Yes! It most definetly inspires a majority of my photography pieces from Inglewood all the way to Beverly Hills. Most of my images consist of urban models, street wear, and various artist that are in the rap game.
What is your favorite shooting lens? Why?
My favorite shooting lense would have to be a wide extended lense with a shutter over the top just incase the exposure or contrast is to high or dark.
Whose work has influenced you most?
I would have to say Andy Warhol because his work was dope and consisted of precision.

Name three things you expect out of a good shoot?
The three most important things i expect would have to be is a wavy ass wardrobe, positive vibes, smiles, and satisfaction.

Two pairs of shoes you can’t live without ?
Oh God! My two favorite two pair of shoes that i would die over are my Jeremy Scott bones and my supreme campbell noodle soup half cab vans. Hands down!
Thank you for your time, any last words?
I’d like to say thanks to Rautten Culture Magazine for interviewing me and keep everything positive and way in these streets.
