He is currently on Death Row in Georgia falsely convicted of killing an off duty police officer by the name of Mark Macphail in Savannah in 1989. The State prison officials have denied him the oppurtunity to take a polygraph test. Here is a petition that will allow you to make your voice heard, and help to insure that Justice prevails.
