The Inner City's Cliche

I’ve been looking for ideas to attract more viewers to the site and a couple of my peers informed me that doing something weekly that viewers could look forward to would keep them coming back weekly to check out the post. So i brainstormed & brainstormed and came up with this brilliant idea *took me a few days* & the idea was to have our viewers or someone close to me pick a fashion icon & feature them on the site and explain how their fashion sense differs from others *in a positive way. So this is the first weekly fashion icon & we will continue to do this.

This week,  we were honored enough to feature Shana Bea, you may have seen here photos floating around summer or heard about here through “Girl Of The Summer” if you havent heard of here yet, well today is your lucky day. Shana’s fashion sense has been complimented on by many of our viewers, i can tell she is very open-minded & always up for new things. The outfits she puts together are amazing, not only that but her positive view towards everything she wears is something majority of the people i know lack. The whole “box braids” or “poetic justice / patra braids” fit her perfectly, she has influenced many to attempt to get them, she can also pull of the tribal look with the headwraps & turbans. Few words from Shana.

” Well, my name is Shana [Sha-nuh] or Bea [Be-ee] Cali raised, but ripping the NYC streets with the rats. hipster, rasta, lover, writer, dreamer, believer, teacher. I can be evil, I can be rude, but that’s only if there are no other options when it comes to a particular situation. I like to sit in the dark and cry sometimes, it’s liberating. I’m not sure why I’m even writing this, I should be in the shower. my mind is always all over the place, but I like it that way.
