The Story…It all started back in 2008. I was just a kid trying to find my style, and trying to keep up with others so called “swag”. It took a while but then I realized I wasn’t like everyone else. Eventually, I picked up my own swag and started to get a better feel for myself. Soon after I had decided to make clothing for myself. The thought of no one having and not being able to buy what I had anywhere was so surreal and mind blowing. At the time I called myself “DadetheJedi” (long story). I didn’t have a logo, a name for my brand, a big fan base, nothing… Just thoughts, dreams and ideas. My first creation was a crewneck titled “Rise of the Night Terror” inspired by Kid Cudi’s debut album “Man of the Moon: End of Day”. The colors were kind of risky with the neon green and hot pink. Despite that, It was my creation and mine alone. Every time I wore it I got looks from almost everybody I crossed paths with. It was a rush and very inspirational. So I started back at it, staying up late trying to perfect my craft, working like a mad man. From the late nights to early mornings I got better and better, vowing to make at least one article of clothing every night. I realized needed exposure if I was going to be successful so I made a Tumblr. Time passed and a few sales later I wasn’t really getting the recognition I deserved and I stopped making clothing and selling it. Basically, I gave up. In the year 2011 I resurfaced, feeling like it was time for a fresh start. I deleted my old Tumblr and created a new one. I started building a fan base, strategically posting items one by one. After about 4 months and about 1000 followers later I knew it was time to take it to the next level. I bought my own domain but I needed a name for my clothing and along with a logo. I thought long and hard on what I wanted my line to be called. After several misses I finally thought of the one… Thus LostAngelesCreations was born. The End/Beginning.”
